Overview
The Burton Beale law firm is proud to honor the legacy of work done by Rebecca Burton’s father, R. Don Burton.
R. Don Burton graduated from University of Kansas before serving in the U.S. Air Force. He later graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 1962. After earning his J.D., he relocated to Loveland, Colorado to begin practicing law and to appreciate all the outdoor beauty of the state. His legal practice focused on estate planning, probate, and business law.
During his years practicing, he remained active in the Colorado Bar Association and additionally served as the chairman for the Colorado Bar Association “Orange Book” Estate Planning Guide. R. Don was also involved in the community serving on many local boards and committees and made many anonymous donations to charities and projects in Colorado and beyond.
